Production and Delivery Estimates

Please be aware that in some cases, we require 3-6weeks of production time to fulfill and send your order, even if the items are "In Stock". This generally applies to our gold pieces, larger pendants, and rings.

If you would like to receive a production/shipping estimate before placing your order, please add items to your cart and email us at info@catherinemichiels.com with your request. We will review your abandoned cart and provide you with an estimate promptly.

Shipping

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We cannot therefore guarantee delivery times once an order leaves our office.
